Registry support over the break
Our .nz support team will cover all regular business days over the Christmas and New Year period via email registry@internetnz.net.nz and phone (+64) 4 931-6970 from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm NZST.

Monday 26 December and Tuesday 27 December
Monday 2 January and Tuesday 3 January
Have you joined our Slack tech support space?
We have an active Slack space for .nz registrars. It’s excellent for getting tech support from the .nz team and peer-to-peer info sharing.
We encourage you to join the space and to share the invite link with your team members who may find it useful.
Registry migration survey in your mailbox
It’s just a friendly reminder to all our primary contacts for the registry replacement to fill out the migration satisfaction survey by COB 24 December. The survey link came to your email from AskYourTeam service on Monday, 12 December.
It’ll take just a few minutes to complete, and it’ll help us to improve our technical support channels and processes, so we can assist you better in the future.
