Support availability over the holidays
During the holiday break, the .nz registry replacement support email and Slack channel will be monitored as usual during our normal New Zealand business hours (Monday-Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm). Requests during after hours and statutory holidays will be covered by our answer services.
.nz Registry Lock launch is postponed
The registry lock service launch is being rescheduled due to the .nz registry replacement process. We now plan to offer you this service after implementing the IRS.
This extension will allow us to better resource .nz Registry Lock and have desirable features from day one, such as the automatic relock.
We will update you on the progress of the service in July 2022.
OTE feedback
Thank you to everyone who’s already come on board the new registry system (IRS) and started testing it. We’ve reached out to some of our early adopters and asked for their feedback on the OTE. It will only take a few minutes to fill out the survey, and it’ll help us make the experience great for all registrars early in 2022.
