When the new IRS launched on the 1st of November, we transitioned our timezone from NZDT to UTC. From a billing perspective, this means that when the IRS went live, it effectively wound the clock back into October UTC time, resulting in a small additional October billing window. As such, there are some unbilled October transactions ( mostly renewals) that have been applied to your registrar account during this short window.

As a result, this month, you will receive two invoices:

A standard November invoice dated 30th Nov

An additional invoice dated 1st Nov with the residual October transactions
