**Error and Service Messages Updates**

The losing Registrar now receives a domain delete service / poll message when their domain was in the Droplist and is claimed by a new Registrar.


**Bugs Fixed**

Added XML validation to ensure that the EPP command specified in the XML matches the command actually being executed.
