Suspending a Registrar ====================== If we believe that the actions or inactions of a registrar are causing material impact to the registry and/or other users then we have the right to suspend the connection. We will attempt to inform the organisation of the issue(s) and the intent that if it continues then the access could be suspended. If the action, or inaction, continues or we are unable to reach the contact name(s) of the registrar, then we may immediately suspend the access for the registrar without further notice. We will advise the Domain Name Commission if we take such action. Once we are satisfied that the registrar has addressed the reasons for suspension then we will resume access for that registrar. The registrar has the right to appeal to the Domain Name Commission should they wish to have their access reinstated after suspension.
