SRS response times
------------------

Transaction performance figures for the SRS production environment against our service commitment over the last 6 months are shown in the table below.

Availability
------------

Our availability service level commitment for the DNS is 100% and for the SRS and WHOIS the availability service level commitment is 99.9%.

Under normal circumstances our DNS,SRS and WHOIS systems operate at 100% availability every month. If there are any exceptions to this then these will be detailed below.
